A first date. A battered suitcase. Nathan Road. Faceless drivers and raging vehicles in a city you may recognize from dreams that disperse the moment you wake. Stray napkins and aircon vents. Escalators and skin lightening. Every few steps, a new ememy.

The book is a massive rewrite of 'Anxious Headlights and Parallelograms', the first title published by Atomic Heart. The first edition was presented at the inauguraI Sapporo Literary Flea Market (Bunfree) in 2016. This second edition comes in four flavours: green peppermint, charcoal sesame, purple grape, and golden caramel.

Sometimes I wonder if all writers and poets are telling just one story all our lives.
